Truly a Grand hotel

Liked: The staff is always phenomenal! Amanda at the front desk went over and above what was required of her to fix a booking error that was entirely my fault yet, she did more than she should have to help me get it solved.
Disliked: That I couldn't stay longer

It was a relaxing 2...

Liked: The beds were very firm but everything was excellent and I really was impressed!
Disliked: Very clean, and they allow your pet. The staff were extremely polite and the complementary coffee and breakfast was great. I will return.
