Liked: Central to everything and close to restaurants and bar downstairs. Nice cosy atmosphere
Disliked: Close to a busy intersection so it was a bit noisy

Disappointing

Liked: Room was nice and clean and the location was great. Staff tried their best to be accommodating and were very pleasant.
Disliked: Room was really small, virtually no place to put your suitcase without tripping over if. There was a function on on the Saturday night down stairs and the noise was unbearable. Extremely disappointed given the cost of the room and the reviews were quite good, hence why I chose to stay there. Parking was quite difficult out the back, very small area and difficult to park if you were one of the last guests to get back in the evening. I think this accommodation is really overrated :(

Absolutely incredible place to stay...

Liked: Everything was just fantastic. We loved the location, the restaurant was fabulous, the location, and the room! We will definitely be coming back again next time we travel to Ballarat. Absolutely fabulous.
Disliked: Only thing we wish we had was a king bed, but the queen suited us fine.

Backpackers accommodation with high price...

Liked: The location is good
Disliked: TINY room. Not a surface to put anything. So small they could only fit one bedside table! Heater didn?t work properly, kept coming on while switched off. No where to put luggage, had to leave it on the floor which meant we could not even walk around the bed. Not a single hook to hang a towel and the basin was so small it didn?t even fit a toiletries bag. Literally had to put it on the floor and keep bending to get my things.The doos have an old double lock system which is fine until 6am when the other guests start leaving the rooms and have to slam shut their doors because of the lock system. So an early start for usFor $170 it?s so NOT worth it We hardly slept and have gone elsewhere for another night so that we get some rest before heading homeVERY disappointing
