Disliked: When I arrived in the room, I noticed dried debris on the bedding that appeared to be dead bugs. Additionally, the inside of the kettle was extremely dirty and unhygienic

Disliked: There were noisy people slamming doors all through the night, plus we had no hot water in the morning, so had a cold shower.

Liked: The welcoming was perfect! The manager was really nice, but we were a bit disappointed with our experience with the room: it looked like the sheets of the bed have been turned and reused as they didn’t seem clean. Also they were stained. The bed were not very comfy, they were missing some lights also in the bathroom, and some of the shampoo sample and tea given were already opened.
