Great value great location

Liked: Breakfast good location great staff helpful and friendly They had rung us in advance (about a week) and told us the boiler was broken and so no hot water. We were offered opportunity to cancel for full refund or still go and receive a discount. We chose to still go. I was impressed with the transparent and fair way they dealt with a difficult situation.

Awful

Liked: Nothing, it was filthy.
Disliked: The hotel was very dirty and smelled. No hot water. It was my worst ever hotel.

Great value

Liked: Staff were great, special mention for Laura exceptional on front desk⭐
Disliked: Jesmond gorgeous however a wee bit far out although a 20 minute walk there is bus service/ metro/taxi

Short - came home early...

Liked: Good location, clean and good breakfast
Disliked: Boiler broke and no hot water on either of the days we had booked in for. Came home one day early - not great.

Good

Liked: Good value and comfortable room, good choice at breakfast and friendly, helpful staff.
Disliked: There was an issue with the boiler on the 2nd morning, which meant no hot water for a shower. The staff were very apologetic and obviously couldn't have prevented this issue.

Very good

Liked: Reception staff ( Sharon) so friendly and helpful. Double Room though slightly dated was spacious and light. Single room was a bit small ànd dark.Breakfast- ( though not buffet) was excellent with kippers and choice of eggs ànd delicious porrridge
Disliked: Breakfast times à bit limited (7-8.30 am sessions tho could sit there to 9am)- suited us fine
