Liked: Was close to downtown. Was 35th wedding anniversary had very relaxing weekend shopping and laying and floating around in pool.

Eureka Springs is an interesting...

Liked: Office staff was friendly
Disliked: Room was dated and smelled of mold. Location not walkable due to the steep hill, Hot tub wasn't hot.

Weekend Getaway

Liked: The location was lovely and the room was super comfortable
Disliked: Included breakfast is a muffin only and it was not a great selection so we didn’t get the savings on breakfast that we had hoped for.

Loved the pool but it...

Liked: We liked the pool and hot tub, and how centrally located the hotel was to the other venues in town. Nice size of mini-fridge
Disliked: We were of the understanding that there was continental breakfast but it was only coffee and mini muffins served in the lobby. For $210/night we assumed the room would be nicer, there were tons of flies in the room when we arrived and never left since there was nowhere for them to go. For no breakfast and a fly-infested room it should be a lot cheaper priced. Also, the pool hours were 7a-11p which are great but there should be at least 1-2 hours at the end of the night that is an adult only swim. Kids being allowed the entire time left no time to fully relax
