A lovely hotel which was...

Liked: Our spacious room looked out over the beautiful gardens which had an amazing display of flowers.
Disliked: The windows could not be opened and the air conditioning was very noisy. Had to turn it off in the middle of the night!

Disliked: My room was next to the lift, so quite noisy at times.

Liked: Beautiful property, great location, lovely staff!
Disliked: Only thing we could’ve improved was having water in the room, very hot evening. Overall was a lovely stay just a slight blemish.

Liked: Nice comfortable rooms decent facilities good massage - the jacuzzi wasn't working but would have been good to know this at the time of booking
Disliked: Water never replenished slow service but overall nice stay with polite staff

Friends wedding. Good location. But...

Disliked: The pillows were very lumpy. The top of one of the bedside cabinets was split and tge veneer was coming off. The grout was missing on the side of the bath and some of the grout on the tiles was mouldy. The kettle had white stuff in, not sure what it was.
