Liked: Rooms overlooking the front garden are simply magnficent and with aircon too. Bathrooms impressive in terms of size and practicality. Was expecting a bit of noise as per the hotel's own warning as they host functions, but it was quiet. Good room service and excellent club sandwich.
Disliked: Ordered a Kraken rum with Mexican soda lime to my room with my evening meal. Bar informed me that they didn't have soda lime, but had lime cordial- i said yes, but not sure what exactly I got-it really wasn't tasty. Was also not very keen on the internal rooms on my second stay

Disliked: Very rude staff at check in and not very helpful at all. The two ladies were atrocious. Did not accommodate the requests of the bride groom and their parents on any of the occasions. In fact made us feel like a nuisance even though 95% of the guests were ours for our wedding. Made us feel like unwanted and unwelcome. The groom suite amongst many other rooms had no AC working on a hot day and to top it off no hot water to shower on the day of the wedding
