Liked: this is a nice clean hotel in a quiet area comfortable bed nice clean bedding/towels breakfast was nice they have a tapas bar tuesday to friday which seems popular there was no noise
Disliked: the room next to me had 2 women staying and were very noisy upto 11 30pm then quiet but one of them was up and down for a cigarette all night and just let the bedroom slam also let the door to the landing slam thank god it was only 1 night this was no fault of the hotel

Liked: Hidden gem really comfortable.Bad points 2 rooms one was far higher quality than the other but priced same. Man on reception was little moody not very welcoming.

Liked: The staff were exceptionally friendly. Good location for Aintree, only about 25 minutes walk. Prices were quite high but in line with everywhere else as we stayed for the Grand National weekend. Very good value for money at other times.

Liked: The kitchen staff was very accommodating and cheerful
Disliked: The owner operator was not friendly and in a rush to get us to have breakfast by 10am and checkout even though we arrived past 11pm the previous night. Not very accommodating and very standoffish
