Needs some TLC, and updating....

Liked: The bed was amazing, and it was clean.
Disliked: Broken plug sockets, broken mirror, tiles lifting off the floor, grubby carpets and sofa, tiny, very thin towels.

Liked: Staff very friendly and comfortable bed.
Disliked: Layout of room was odd, bedside tables too far back, no plug sockets near bed. Hairdryer not a standard hairdryer, ordering breakfast, tea and coffee the day before.

Liked: Friendly staff, large room. Great location for the New Forest.
Disliked: The stairs are very steep and dangerous. There should be more choice at breakfast. The room was clean but there was about 2 inches of dust around the walls on the carpet and dust on top of headboard. The bed was very squeaky and not very comfortable. There was a main fire exit through our room which was a bit worrying that if the alarm goes off a hotel of people may come through. The water pressure meant if we turned the temperature to hot position the shower flew off and drenched the bathroom, plus the shower tray did not drain quickly enough.. We stayed 2 night for Beaulieu supercar weekend .
