Fun resort with proximity to...

Liked: I hadn't stayed at this hotel in years, and it was nice to come back. You can tell it's been refreshed and it's still a convenient and fun hotel for families. Shuttle to parks was mostly confortable and efficient, rooms were nice (no carpet!) and breakfast although a bit pricey was very good. My sister thoroughly enjoyed the gym and pool. The proximity to disney is also great!
Disliked: The hotel was suuuuper packed with conventions, so it's not exactly relaxing at times to be on vacation and have long lines and waits to grab food at the pantry. It can also get very noisy and busy especially in the evenings. Everything now seems to be done through the Bonvoy app, and I had a hard time reaching front desk by phone from the room. However, when I did have to line up at front desk to ask for help, they were friendly and efficient. We had a small cleaning mishap where we asked them to send housekeeping to our room in the afternoon since we would be out all day and when we got back it hadn't been cleaned. In addition, one of the nights the shuttle coming back from the park was quite packed and some of the guests in our party had to stand - not a huge deal but you can tell some people probably hadn't booked that particular time slot and still used the service which ended up overpacking the bus. Wfi is not free and as easy to access from the rooms - again app and sign up to Bonvoy is necessary (kind of a pain). Also, I had mentioned it when booking that it was my sister's 30th birthday celebration and we didn't even receive as much as a happy birthday so that was a bit of a letdown.

Beautiful resort, lots of dining...

Liked: Great resort; great personal, very good food.We had a room with view to the pool. The downside was the music at night, very loud and took pretty much all night, it woke me up every hour, was still going at 2:40 in the morning. That was a downer.

Liked: EVERYTHING BUT MY ROOM WAS AMAZING I DIDN'T MEET ONE STAFF MEMBER THAT SEEMED UNHAPPY. EVERYONE WAS PLEASANT KIND, SMILING QUICK TO ACCOMADATE . THE POOL ACTIVITES WERE CONSTANT ALL WEEKEND NEVER SEEMED LIKE A DULL MOMENT . LASER LIGHT SHOW ,MERMAID PARTY,CRITTER ADVENTURE SLIME O MY
Disliked: MY ROOM FOR THE COST WAS LACKING . NO MICROWAVE NO COFFEE THE BED WAS BELOW KNEE HEIGHT . COULD OF USED A WIPE DOWN . LITERALLY FELT LIKE IT WAS AN "OVER FLOW ROOM" THAT DOESN'T GET USED OFTEN . BED WAS COMFORTABLE JUST A CHALLENGE TO GET OUT OF AS IT WAS LITERALLY ON A PLATFORM ON THE FLOOR .

Liked: Very nice Hotel... But i think its a little Far from everything.... Far from Downtown... No shuttles other than to disney...

Would I go back NO...

Liked: Too much walking required at the hotel for my age(77)… valet parking was convenient but an extra expense. My balcony was overlooking loud air conditioning units.. room was nice, clean but nothing special… bedding was too hot!! Pillows too soft, too many soft pillows … Only 1 firepit was working, the hotel pantry was nice… $8.00 for the hot dog was ok but $4.00 for a tea bag with hot water?? I have stayed at a lot nicer for a lot less …

It was wonderful!

Liked: I liked that the employees were OUTSTANDING! This is most important to me! Improvements could be that room restocking of complementary water, coffee and tea, and toilet paper be done. I only needed room stocking of these items once but I had to request for them. Of the days I was there cleaning was done once because I only allowed it once. And the sticking of these items were not done.
