The worst

Liked: Close to universal
Disliked: Not SAFE. FRESH Blood DROPS on floor. Doors not locking you can push em open without a key. people checking out as fast as they checked in. Mildew on lampshades rust. Damp room smells horrid.

Enjoyable

Liked: Friendly staff, comfortable clean facilities, great location.
Disliked: The breakfast was good but could use more variety.

Passable

Liked: The room was very large and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: One side of the parking lot had very little lighting. There were several large pot holes in the drive around the complex. It didn’t feel safe on that side of the complex.

Very dirty bed

Liked: Pool
Disliked: The room was damp the whole time, and the bed felt very dirty. The pillows were uncomfortable, the bathroom fixtures were broken, and the breakfast was terrible—only bread, not even eggs. The pool was so-so and closed one day out of three.

Bad

Disliked: The pool was out of order. Ordered a pool view room and didn't receive that. Just horrible experience. Breakfast was too busy. Juice was out of order. Asked for 2 rooms next to each other, said we'd receive that and we didn't. Room didn't even have a coffee maker.

Good

Liked: It was in a good location to where we needed to be.
Disliked: The smell in the room was like a basement... musty.. almost enough to take your breath away. The beds were very squeaky and not very comfortable.. the pillows even smelt musty.
