One of the best properties...

Liked: Everything!! It was very beautiful and clean. Close to the convention center and walking distance to restaurants or a minute drive to restaurants. Close to universal studios.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I disliked.

Very good

Liked: Online help was very good an fixed a couple of issues quickly. Great space and facilities
Disliked: The Booking.com site didn't make clear that the pool was closed, the company site did, and this was an error from Booking.com/ There was an alternative 10 minutes away. Most of the facilities were good, not 5 star though. A full length mirror, a drying rack for clothes and an electric kettle would have been great.
