Disappointing

Liked: Not a lot.
Disliked: Smallest room ever been in. 2 adults and 2 dogs, 1 with a cage, was almost impossible. The key system was ridiculous and we ended up loading back up through the window!

I dont recommend this place , chain is good but this place to be avoided

Disliked: Charmless staff, not willing to even talk with a message I am busy and no where to have a coffee at the premises or outside area luckily lovely brasserie nearby

Disliked: Problem with the checkin machine and was unable to access the room. Thankfully the staff came over from home to help.
