Please create a correct hierarchy...
Liked: the third norm was more or less clean, but not for 250 euros per night. The breakfast was good and tasty
Disliked: Hi. I came to Helsinki to walk, see beautiful places, relax. I stayed at the Sokas hotel, booked a room for 200+ euros per night with breakfast but without a minibar. I have already changed the room three times on the spot because of problems with the view from the window of the two previous rooms. Why is nothing said about this on booking? So someone pays 200+ and gets a smashing view from the top floors of the amusement parks and other attractions. And someone gets a room with a view of the roof or with a view out of someone else's window

Perfect hotel for relaxation after...
Liked: Excellent location inside Mall of Tripla. Buffet breakfast offered a huge variety of foods and drinks.

Hotel perfect in the heart...
Liked: In the heart of Helsinki. Good access to trains, metro, bus and trams. Good breakfast! Chrome in the TV so easy to watch movie from Netflix. Good view in the city. Access in Mall of Tripla
Disliked: AC.. It was a warm in our room. The lowest was 18degree in the AC. Otherwise everything was fine!

Liked: It’s just above the railway station! Easy access to the airport. Also near to the conference location. Like the gym and sauna!

A comfortable stay
Liked: The hotel is located in the Tripla Shopping Mall and right next to the Pasila train station which was perfect. The reception staff were all cordial and pleasant. There are 4 lifts to convey you up to your floor and down to the lobby quickly and you don't have to wait long for a lift to arrive. The room was nicely outfitted with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. Lighting was good and the small safe was appreciated. The rooms are so quiet! There is a laundromat on the ground floor of the shopping centre for any washing you need to do.
Disliked: It would have been nice to have a little fridge in the room.

One night in Tripla
Liked: Location right next to the train station is really nice.Breakfast was good, especially the oven porridge was really good.
Disliked: Even the hotel is just 5 years old the room feels like it is older. Room was clean even though the hat rack was a bit dusty but I luckily swiped before putting my hat on it.
