Great choice for your Helsinki...

Liked: Reception staff were all super-helpful. Room was spacious and clean. There is a good laundry just two blocks away (this was my first hotel after a week’s camping…)
Disliked: Not much at all. Some of the decor and the lifts are a little old-fashioned but they all worked, and that’s what matters.

Disliked: Wifi not very good. No table for work in the room.

Liked: Excellent location with everything easy to find. Hotel room.was comfortable and clean. The bed was very comfortable. All the staff were very friendly and provided help when required. I would recommend.this Hotel for facilities, staff and location.

Disliked: I booked this hotel because of its central location. Due to a flight delay (which I informed the hotel about in advance), I arrived one day later – and yet my reservation was cancelled without my confirmation, and I was moved to a different hotel several kilometers away.Even worse, I was only informed about this change while I was already on the plane to Helsinki. The hotel knew exactly what kind of day I had – long delays, rebooking, stress – and still made this major decision late at night. They insisted that the replacement hotel (Tripla in Pasila) was still "central Helsinki," which is just not true. They even sent me messages about the area shortly before midnight, as if that made it okay. At Tripla, things got even worse. Around 2:00 AM, there was a loud, constant mechanical noise in the room. I went to reception; they acknowledged the issue and suggested a room change. I had planned to enjoy an extra day in Helsinki, but this entire experience has left me tired, stressed, and deeply disappointed.

Liked: The location is fantastic. The hotel is in the design district and within walking distance to the city center. The breakfast was amazing. Many vegan options and organic food. The staff was very nice and friendly. The room was bigger than expected.The Georgian restaurant down the street - which I highly recommend people try.The room was quiet, no noise
Disliked: The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best. The food was absolutely fantastic though.

Liked: Cleanliness, kind staff, late checkout free of charge, very good breakfast, sauna included in the price
Disliked: The hotel is located about 30 minutes walk from the main square. Public transit connections help somewhat.
