Great besides the cleanliness

Disliked: The hallways smelled of dog poo and spray to cover it up which was pretty disgusting. The enrtryway was dirty with sand, leaves, twigs and also smelled. Just NOT clean at all! We've stayed here before and it was not like this - but we will not stay again.Also, how about a courtesy coffee stand in the check in area? In most hotels this is standard and very nice. While the Familie Restaurant was great, just a simple coffee stand would have been nice.

Liked: Wonderful aesthetic - bright, cheery, spacious and yet warmly welcoming. Comfortable bed, great breakfast next door, helpful staff, free parking.
Disliked: Just a couple of minor details about the bathroom sink; nothing major.

Liked: Nice location, close to a lot
Disliked: We had issues with one specific staff member upon arrival. We were told it would be a $50 charge for incidentals which turned out to be $50 per night ($200 for how long we were staying) We also specifically asked to charge the incidentals to one card and the room charge to another and were told the room would not be charged until checkout and then we are charged the room amount + the $200 fee. We were not able to get this corrected and were out an extra $770 for our stay. This was extremely inconvenient for us and made our stay not as enjoyable.

Liked: The pillows aren’t very comfortable but other than that it was awesome! Lindsay at the front desk is so sweet and so thoughtful. We had a very hard day and it was going to make check in a little complicated but she was so kind and accommodating!
