Love the location, but staff...

Liked: Location was nice and room was clean.
Disliked: We were woken up by someone attempting to enter our room an hour and a half before checkout. They knocked but did not announce themselves at all. Luckily we had the slide lock over our door, otherwise they would have gotten in as they had unlocked the door and attempted to enter our room. They came back later and knocked again, still no announcement of who it was. When I answered the door, a plain clothes man with no name tag asked if he had a room switch yesterday. We had not nor had we requested as such. When mentioned at checkout to the front office manager, he said it “must have been a miscommunication” and “he would ensure it would not happen next time”. No mention of talking to staff about not entering guest rooms without announcing, just the above and an insincere apology like we were the ones inconveniencing him. We will likely not be back. We have stayed here multiple times, but between the beds being horribly uncomfortable and the incident above, we do not feel comfortable returning.

Hotel was way too hot

Liked: I loved the big tub in the bathroom and how nice and modern the rooms were.
Disliked: The night we checked in we went up and the temp was 76 degrees so we turned the air down and went to eat. 2 hrs later we returned and the temp in the room was 80 degrees. I called the front desk and asked for another room and they were booked full so we couldn’t move. I then asked for a fan. You would think that they would offer a discount or something with the room that hot. I paid way too much money for this room for it to be so hot in there. My advice don’t stay in the long shot suite.
