Liked: The staff was so helpful, friendly and welcoming, the room was clean and very comfortable.We also had a 2 year old and did need the cot that was requested as the room was spacious with a double be and a single bed which was more than enough room for 2 adults and a child.I would 100% stay again

Disliked: The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor so moved when it was sat on. There was a sock under the chaise longue that wasn't ours, and the floor next to the headboard was thick with dust. The pub next door didn't open until 12, and the hotel only did continental breakfast, so if you're looking for a fry up you may have a bit of a trek

Liked: Convenient for a family get together. Conveniently situated behind the Queen Adelaide pub which served food.
Disliked: Difficult to access from nearby Sutton due to its location on the Ewell by pass.Some of the party disappointed with the breakfast value and the fact only a cold 'grab and go' in a bag was available.
