Liked: It’s impossible to say as they cancelled my stay five days prior to the date.
Disliked: While I understand maintenance needs to occur, and therefore potentially closing rooms, cancelling this close to the date is not acceptable, especially when the booking was made months ago. It gave very little time to look into alternatives - might I add no assistance was offered or compensation for this. Others who were cancelled were forced to then pay for more expensive accommodation elsewhere, which could have been avoided should better organisation have occurred. I have also been charged and still have no confirmation of when I will receive payment. Very disappointing.
