Exceptionnel

Liked: I enjoyed the location of the hôtel between Greenwich Village and the Brooklyn Bridge.There is a rooftop for those who want calm and a terrace to feel the street.
Disliked: No drinkable water in the bedroom.

Definitely recommend

Liked: There was cleaning service every day, with new super soft towels and products. Also common spaces were thoroughly and regularly taken care of. We felt really pampered! The view from the 9th floor was great, we asked for a room with a view and they did their best to make us happy. The place has a must-see lovely rooftop with chairs and tables. The complimentary coffee/tea station with microwave was definitely one of the best perks. The place was always clean and constantly taken care of. Several metro stops were at walking distance (5 minutes!) to get to midtown and Brooklyn in 15/20 minutes, and we got there in an hour from JFK without needing any cabs. Special mention to Kristal, and all the staff for their kindness and availability.

The perfect stay!

Liked: We loved our stay at Orchard Street Hotel! The room was super clean and got freshened up every day, which was such a nice touch. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, and made everything easy. The views from both our room and the rooftop were amazing, exactly what we were hoping for. Plus, the location is perfect, right in the best neighborhood with tons to do nearby. Honestly, couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you so much!!

Passable

Liked: Good location and relatively clean.
Disliked: Quite old furniture. AC stuck in one temperature and room was cold. I would say a bit overpriced considering how old it is.
