Worst hotel stay ever.

Liked: The view from my room.
Disliked: This place is a dump. I have no idea why they brand this as a "luxury" hotel. My door lock was broken, and I had to move rooms. The elevator was broken (twice during my stay). The furniture was so beat up, and the mattress and pillows were the most uncomfortable I've had to sleep on. I'm NEVER going back!

Liked: Near subway. Our room on the 11th floor had an amazing view of Manhatton. This was a real bonus. Pictures of the room on booking were very accurate.
Disliked: The area had a lot of graffiti on buildings, etc. It was strange. There were some nice modern businesses beside real run-down businesses/buildings. But overall, the area didn't feel safe at night.

We will be back

Liked: Small but clean and modern room. Great view with floor to ceiling windows. Great location. Great value. No real amenities except for a coffee station but given the good price that was ok. Lots of stuff to eat and do in the immediate neighborhood.

Pain in neck and back

Liked: The staff were so Nice and helpful.
Disliked: The bed were awful, sleeping on a pallet, with thin mattress. Couuld not Watch TV, no chair, TV on the Wall. My neck still hurts.No hot water for shower In the morning. This may be super charming for very young and hip guests. But please warn guests that you are not good for anyone over 40.
