Great and convenient stay. Easy...

Liked: Basically, I am satisfied with the room which was specious, clean, quiet, pool available, amenity convenient, parking lot free.
Disliked: The staff at the counter misunderstood at first that my reservation did not exist. Looked she misheard my name then the system did not show my booking. I was told that I needed to ask “Booking. Com” even though I showed my reservation shown in the site on my phone. By showing my ID, she ended up finding my booking on the system. I think all staff should check a guest ID every time to avoid this type of misunderstandings. I felt hopeless at the time.

My husband and I and...

Liked: The different activities that they had available each day and being able to reach the staff by text. Also the pool area and the other amenities that were available was great.
