Despite the negatives I would...

Liked: Located opposite the railway station and close to the town centre made it a good choice.
Disliked: My room was not serviced at all for the 3 days I was there. Apparently it was the hotel’s “green” policy, I consider it a money saving scheme. The room would be serviced if requested although having done so it still didn’t happen.

Excellent experience.

Liked: We found the bed very comfortable and had our own small outdoor balcony with table and chairs. Property is very clean with lovely en-suite. Breakfast was very good. Great location across road from train station.
Disliked: Nothing

Disliked: There was no smart tv in the room.

Liked: Breakfast and friendly staff and secure parking including electric charging.
Disliked: No toilets located on the same level as reception / breakfast area. Private parking was an extra charge of €15 per day, ok for 1 or 2 nights but €75 for 5 nights is expensive and needs a discount for longer stays. Room cleaning on request was not mentioned on check-in instead they relied on you reading the posters in the lift. Stayed during Wimbledon so was disappointed English BBC channels didn't work anywhere in the hotel.

Liked: Good location near the centre. Secure bike storage in the garage. Nice bar.

Great boutique hotel

Liked: Right outside the train station but not noisy at all. Hotel has amazing vibe. Old but not shabby. Staff friendly. Room clean. Everything on point.
