Liked: Wonderful hotel. We were met by live music, a welcome drink & good food in the bar area when we arrived from a late flight - the perfect start to our stay. Excellent & generous breakfast; very helpful staff.

Lovely spot in a great...

Liked: In a great spot in Kreuzberg, well connected with tonnes of great bars around. Definitely worth choosing a spot like this in a great vibrant part of the city vs being more central. You get to experience more of the culture with less tourist traps.

Great hotel as long as...

Liked: Excellent standard of hotel, the staff were brilliant, friendly and helpful at all times. Breakfast options are a little expensive, especially if all you want is pastries and maybe cereal. Our main issue was the size of the room, it was tiny, no wardrobe at all, have to hang all clothes on wall hooks and back of the door. Moving around the bed was tricky and two people couldn't be up and about at the same time. Shame really as we liked everything else about it. Room 409 and 410

We loved our stay in...

Liked: The room was beautiful and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the bar was fantastic, especially on the evenings when they had live music. All the staff were very friendly and eager to please. We added an optional extra of a bouquet of flowers (it was our anniversary) and it was stunning. They also wrote us a letter congratulating us on our anniversary and left us a small gift.
Disliked: The hotel's own website could be better. For example, we did not find what facilities were available clearly defined (e.g. gym).

Disliked: Slightly overpriced, considering breakfast wasn’t included.
