Liked: So friendly staff… room was awesome never known it was in a pub! Amazing shower. aC was perfect!
Disliked: Not much… maybe clean the roof / balcony outside the window and remove the old towel… very little to moan about…

Liked: The room was clean and quiet. The shower was very nice.
Disliked: Took us a while to figure out the lights and air conditioner and no one would answer the phone when we called for help (multiple times). We finally figured it out - it's very different from the US. In general, the staff for the hotel was hard to locate. No one was ever in the hotel office, they didn't respond to messaging on the bookings app and they never answered the phone.
