Comfortable boutique hotel

Liked: Fantastically comfortable room and a terrific bathroom. The hotel is ideally placed near to the Railway Station in Richmond. The staff were really lovely and worked very hard over the course of a really busy weekend.

Wonderful

Liked: Lovely room, friendly staff, great food and drink, quirky and warm decor. Great shower and gorgeous toiletries.
Disliked: Couldn't get the TV sound to work, but I wasn't bothered enough to ask for help.

Highly recommend this place, the...

Liked: Lovely place, great rooms, amazing staff! Breakfast was unbelievable!
Disliked: No elevator- but got help with the bags to the room. Also the WiFi wasn’t great in our room, but it was working great at the bar. Other than that, it was perfect!
