Terrible hotel, couldn’t find the...

Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Our room had only small frosted windows near the ceiling, a patio with table and chairs surrounded by cement blocks. Staff was rude. No t.v. No parking available.Most of the outlets didn’t work. The iron didn’t work and the ironing board fell over upon use. Worst of all, the sheets were damp.

I’ve made a mental note...

Liked: The lobby was well stocked and it is in a nice location
Disliked: It was very run down and the pool furniture was very dirty (gum, stains, and dead grass-dirt areas surrounded it). The handrails are rusted and need painting. It was over $300 per night and felt like a cheap roadside motel.

Stayed for 2 nights and...

Liked: Loved this accommodation. Was in a great location, the pool was clean and big. The room was spacious and the balcony was a great addition. 15 minute walk from the centre of Santa Barbara and free parking. The staff were extremely friendly and had free coffee made every morning!

Pleasant and fair value.

Liked: Good location. Short walk to downtown.
Disliked: Pillows could stand replacement. Bed was comfortable, but being on a metal framework made it very noisy when getting into bed or moving while laying down.

Liked: Perfect location. Extremely nice people.
Disliked: Bedframe was loud, like a steel drum, and not terribly comfortable, shower flooded the floor.

Liked: Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Property is walking distance from great restaurants and shops.
Disliked: Wish the rooms had mini fridges.
