Beautiful accommodation and gracious living...

Liked: The breakfast was excellent. There was a selection of white and sourdough home baked breads, carrot cakes, Porridge, toast with several spreads, cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruits, and a cooked breakfast of poached eggs and avocado. The room was large and luxuriously furnished. We had a spa bath suite, which was fantastic after a long journey by boat and road. There were beautiful common areas, including a dining room, loungeroom, veranda and huge garden. There was a lovely view of the harbour, Derwent Bridge and Mount Wellington. We walked around the harbour and watched the sailing boats and rowing teams. It is a beautiful location. But best of all, the staff were wonderful, friendly and so helpful.
Disliked: Nothing, it was very good.

Liked: The breakfast was lovely and was made inhouse for us. The Cheese scrools were hot out of the oven and were delicious.

Liked: Once again our stay at Orana House was fantastic. Nina was a brilliant host and no request was too much trouble. Beautiful gardens, spacious room and close to all amenities.

Absolute excellent accommodation and an...

Liked: The house was stooped in History and it was absolutely fabulous very quaint. The facilities were wonderful Nina our hostess could not have done more for us. She was so lovely and friendly and helpful. Even did our washing for us. You can’t leave without buying some of the home-made chocolate her home-made bread and yoghurt was unbelievable. It was such a wonderful stay and I can highly recommend the place.

Will stay here again if...

Liked: Perfect location and a very grand house. We loved that we could sit in the grounds and enjoy the peace and afternoon sun. Nina is a great host and made sure we were very comfortable. We walked down to the yacht club which is open to the public and enjoyed some perfectly cooked seafood for dinner. The continental breakfast offerings were fresh and plentiful, including home made bread and yoghurt.
