Staying in Yaletown
Liked: Heated floor in bathroom. Comfy bed. Location is amazing. Staff is really fast in getting you what you need if you ask
Disliked: Sitting area was too small. No regular coffee maker and decaf coffee pods. Thought it was a larger room when I booked it per pictures.

Liked: Stayed twice, first time in larger room with ~King size bed, very comfy tho bathroom at window of room a little strange. Bed really comfy and toiletries good quality. Hotel is in a very good location, close to bars, restaurants etc, noise from premises evident at the weekend. Breakfast is very good quality though menu choice limited to 4 options. Staff at front desk were excellent, Scott, Dorothy and pretty much everyone, all extremely friendly and helpful. Rented out bikes (no cost) and they were a great way to get around Downtown.
Disliked: Booked hotel for a week but had to change reservation and defer last two days. Hotel confirmed rate in email but I neglected to notice it was 50% more expensive than rate previous booking which was extremely good and confirmed several months previous. Bumping the rate up by that amount for a smaller room with breakfast excluded felt like abuse. Don't dispute that I got email but should have paid attention to detail of the rate as I naively assumed rate would carry through and room would be of similar standard. When I queried rate charged I was told that was the rate in force at time. Checked several times online rate for similar days after and rate available was always much lower than I was charged so that did sour my experience unfortunately. In summary great hotel if you get a room at circa $250CAD with breakfast.

Really good choice for a...
Liked: Lovely well equipped room. Large comfy bed. Warm welcome and helpful staff throughout our stay. Breakfast was nicely prepared. Easy walk to downtown, easy walk to False Creek ferry (for Granville Island) and easy access to seawall walks. Nice restaurants within a short walking distance (we tried Rodney's Oyster House & The Flying Pig nearby and The Sandbar on Granville island).

Friendly staff, clean accomidations but...
Liked: The room was clean and tidy and the bed was faily comfortable.
Disliked: I didn't like how they jacked up the rates for us to stay for a third night. They increased the price by $150.00 for our third night... That in itself will guarantee that we will not stay at this hotel again.

An average experience, certainly not...
Liked: Great location. Good size bright room. Good bedding. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Amenities in bathroom were sub standard. Soap shampoo etc was not good. Furniture in room was tired, some of it worn out. Most important, the room was not made up all day. Left at 7:00 am returned about 5 and room not made up. No explanation. Cleaning staff showed up about 5:30 and offered to clean when we are trying to rest before dinner.
