Liked: The location was great to access the major landmarks either on foot or by metro and buses. Very friendly and helpful staff.
Disliked: Smallish room but it is Paris in a great location

Liked: We really enjoyed our stay, the air conditioning was great. We were struggling with jet lag and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was also decent
Disliked: The fridge in our room didn't work very well- forgot to mention it on the way out but otherwise we did enjoy our stay.

Disliked: Staff at the reception desk could not provide guidance/ information with regard to prevailing conditions eg the tour de france arrangements. I would aexpect that as other establishments in Paris access to the premises would be secured i.e. entrance to the hotel at night with the use of the card or even access to the elevator

Disliked: Our TV was broken, but this was a minor thing as we were not there much.

Liked: We were upgraded to a Comfort room. It was very nice, spacious, bed very comfortable and the window could be opened with a view down to the street. Breakfast was included in our deal, it was perfect, totally satisfied our needs.The staff were very helpful! Our international flight brought us to Paris early in the morning. The Hotel had said they would look after our bags until checkin time, but when we got there - they already had our room ready. Thank you again.
Disliked: Everything was great.
