Very poor

Liked: Location was almost perfect.
Disliked: The amount that I paid for 2 nights in this hotel is too much compared to what they are providing. Single bed room without airconditioning shouldn't cost that much even in high season. Desk where you suppose to work doesn't have a free outlet to plug in your laptop or anything. There is a mini fridge on top of the table and on top of the fridge there is a tv. Very interesting room design. Almost like a prison cell.

Liked: The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly
Disliked: I booked the room and I suppose that there's an AC (based on the description available on booking.com). But when I arrived to the hotel the receptionist told me that AC is just for double rooms and I'm having only a single room. I tried to ask for an upgrade and will pay for it but there was no place. So it was really disappointing, +1K EUR for 3 nights in a 2x3 meters room and without an AC is too expensive, and this is Köln not Paris or Interlaken. Not worth it.

Good location and confortable

Liked: The location was really good (10 minutes walking from the cathedral). It was close to a street full of shops and restaurants. We had two different bedrooms, they were in different buildings. One of the buildings was new and it had tv with internet, air conditioned. The other building is older and the room is less equipped but it was also good. Everything was clean and the personnel were nice. It has de possibility of leaving the luggage in a luggage room if you arrive before the check-in time. The bathroom was quite big and it had hair dryer.

Liked: The rooms are big enough and everyone loved it. the location is perfect just behind the shopping mall; close to all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk to the cathedral. I really love the hotel. It’s clean. It’s beautiful. I will definitely stay here again. I totally recommend it
Disliked: To be honest, I liked everything about the property and the facilities were good. The stuff was kind it was good.
