Need refund

Disliked: I only stayed there one night and the hotel will not refund the second night. I went through klarna and I have two payments left but I'm not paying for two nights. I only stayed one night. How can I get this taken care of?

Disliked: The noise and there was a very bad smell coming out of bathroom … bathroom door had to be closed at all times

Disliked: I had to cancel my booking because the third party said the property was pet friendly, but I found out they are not. I lost over $500 because it was nonrefundable and the hotel did not make any kind of exception for my case.

Disliked: This hotel seems to be a candidate for another "Florida Project". The wing I stayed in featured several parked, broken down cars. And some of the guests or hotel workers were driving wrecks as well. The elevator floor was patched. Crooked mirror in the bedroom. The place was just shabby all around.

Just stay away

Liked: Nothing really
Disliked: cockroaches to start ,how there was a blood stain in one of the pillow cases. The room didn't have a tarsh bin . The housekeeper walked in on my husband while he was in the room while he was getting ready for his shower. The tv remote didn't work. Got new batteries, still nothing. The breakfast was horrible . All they served was yogurt, eagles, and cereal . Apple, bananas coffee . Not one thing for protein . This looked like at one point this hotel was great, but this place is run down and over priced. I booked for 2 nights ans paid 166 . With discounts they want to charge over 90 a night is crazy not worth it . Don't book here
