Wonderful and relaxing
Liked: Michael at the front desk was amazing. He took care of all our needs! Lena in the gift shop was wonderful also! We will be back.

Wonderful hotel on the beach...
Liked: We loved our room ! It had a balcony ! Also I loved that I was able to text the front desk. Very convenient to do restaurants ! . The pool bar staff is amazing !!! They are friendly and so accommodating The front desk staff is also friendly and helpful
Disliked: The fire alarm went off 3 times when we were there ! That was a little annoying. 2 out of 3 were false alarms.

Good; blond lady with bangs...
Disliked: No concierge support; Paula was too lazy to assist and when she was told I needed help she sent me on the wrong path with no bricure or directions and the place was closed after I walked for 30 months.

Beautiful hotel with subpar management...
Liked: Great pools and great staff at the pools. We enjoyed the quiet smaller pool for our baby. We also ate many times in the new bar and restaurant downstairs, which is gorgeous. The service at the restaurant was perfect. The location is perfect.
Disliked: The front desk staff were very inept and had no idea what was going on every time I asked them for assistance. They didn’t know how to book a pool cabana and sent us in circles for some time until a pool manager took over and fixed the issue. They refused to confirm that we would have a baby crib prior to our arrival, even though I emailed twice and then called and still no one would help me. They said it was up to the front desk when we arrived to secure a crib. It was very disconcerting to be flying in with a baby and have a hotel refuse to confirm that there would be a bed for our baby. They also refused to do something very simple- combine two reservations on Booking.com - to ensure that we wouldn’t have to change rooms halfway through our stay. Booking.com had to intervene and asked them to do so, and they still refused. When I called, I was told that because I used booking.com, they could not do anything for me. Meanwhile, Booking told me that the hotel had to do it. I was very unhappy with the service from reservations and front desk. Finally, we paid quite a lot of money for a suite room, and our view was hideous- a dirty old metal flat rooftop was all we could see from our window and balcony. It was so ugly, frankly no rooms should ever have that view at all hotel. Because of all this, we won’t be returning.
