Pleasant

Liked: The location was great, the section of the hotel that we were in the rooms were not worth the price. We had to move rooms due to a smell, and our room was degraded and put right outside of a very public area.

Liked: location was Perfect
Disliked: The pool area was extremely busy. The staff were good about finding you a spot but the guests secure their spots early and just rest their towels for he day!

Ok, but not the quality...

Liked: The room was ok so small. The "balcony" was a joke as it wasn't even wide enough to fit the chair properly. The lobby and pools were nice
Disliked: The only food that was any good was the one in the cafe. Breakfast at Monkey Bar, snacks at Elevate and dinner at Driftwood (exception were the mussels) had no taste at all and was way overpriced for the quality. Had a cockroach in our room. For a hotel that bills itself as high end, it needs a bit more maintenance i.e. on the outside of the building at the small pool, the elevators etc.

Relaxing!

Liked: We had the best time staying here at the Opal Grand Resort and Spa. It’s a great location, as well as being clean and beautiful. They go out of their way to make sure your stay here is enjoyable! We will definitely stay here again.
Disliked: The elevators needed maintenance.

Disliked: One of the rooms that was booked was said to have a partial ocean view. It did not. It had no view even though we paid for a partial ocean view. Management made no effort to compensate for this gross misrepresentation.
