Pleasant
Disliked: the complicated process of checking in, we have to submit photos with our passport for all guestss!!! and not to mention deposit fee which isnt mentioned before and we have to pay up front

Great location, spacious, clean apartment.
Liked: The location was brilliant. The apartment was clean, spacious and we enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: Collecting and dropping off the keys.

Disliked: Wrong room Had to pay to park then had to leave to go elsewhere to get the key Said I would get two queen beds and got 2 single beds Lack of communication

it was okay but not...
Liked: the location was great and parking underneath was great.
Disliked: to collect the key was about a 10 min drive away. Fan in bedroom didn’t work and no blinds on windows in bedrooms so was awake about 4am . Couldn’t connect to Wi-Fi . Could do with a lick of paint. Smoke alarm in bedroom had been removed.

The apartment is well equipped.
Liked: Good location, close to the center.
Disliked: The keys have to be picked up approx. 2-3 km away from the apartment.

Not booking here again.
Liked: Good location for where I was working, good facilities and a fair price. Not the fanciest but perfectly acceptable for the price.
Disliked: Where do I start.Keys are kept 1.5miles away in a petrol station, I didn't know this until I had booked the apartment. It's pointless booking somewhere close to the location you want to be at then drive another 3 mile round trip through the centre of Birmingham, it's a pain having to drop the keys back off and get back to work on time.No toilet seat in one bathroom, just completely missing.A ring CCTV camera in the living area, not outside the door where you'd expect it which can record audio and video and be remotely watched by anyone, I took the battery out if that as It was really weird and uncomfortable.And the best bit, so far it's taken over 6 weeks to get some of my deposit back, not all of it just £150 of the £200 owed. I paid on 16th April and today is 23rd May. Just another few weeks of emails no doubt. Suffice to say I won't be booking this place again.

Liked: great apartment very spacious and in a great location for our concert in the Utilita..would definitely stay again if I was visiting that area.

Very disappointing interior, not worth...
Liked: The location was perfect for the arena
Disliked: I didn't like the check in process in that I had to provide photo ID with a selfie for all members of the party, including Children. This made me very uncomfortable. I didn't like that I had to pay £200 deposit and there were constant references to possible 'fines'. With such level of security I was expecting a very high standard for the apartment, but when we arrived I was dismayed to find that it was very shabby. The walls were marked, the furniture was damaged and stained, it wasn't very clean. The toaster didn't work, there were only 2 glasses and the shower tray was blocked.
