Not a "4 star" hotel as stated on this site.

Liked: The location, as it was close to where we needed to get to.
Disliked: We had to assume we needed to go inside to request valet service. Breakfast was limited.

Not guest friendly

Disliked: Friendlier check-in and check-outVacuum the floor and rug. Less noise from the hallway (insulate walls) and clock in rooms.

Very good

Liked: Loved the location, both in the city and proximity to the T, the decor, the beds were comfy, the staff was very friendly and helpful. Great place to stay for the Boston Marathon.
Disliked: Our coffee maker was broken, but the staff had me get free coffee from the restaurant. Thankfully they were open when I needed coffee :) We also had some issues with the hot water only working from one of the shower heads the last two days.

Liked: Solid. Good location, realtive central to downtown and other interesting spots. Good illy coffee in the room. Beds are to soft. Enough space in the room.
Disliked: Fridge wasn't working.
