Absolutely wonderful

Liked: I loved the appearance of reception when I walked it in I was wowed. Lovely bar area and fresh smell of freshly cut flowers every morning I passed reception. The room was really spacious and comfortable and stylish. The staff were very friendly and the hotel is right in the heart of the city centre near all the shops and restaurants. We also received a list of recommended restaurants by the hotel and tried a few of those. I really recommend the San Tommaso and Santa Rita Italian cuisines. Very stylish and upmarket!
Disliked: There were rooftop restaurants but a rooftop bar where you could sit and look at the sunset would be a nice additive. I enjoyed everything else.

Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel

Liked: We liked everything, the Hotel is a beautiful dream, in the lobby there is a charming flower shop that gives a unique scent to the environment,The staff was super friendly and helpful, they helped us from our arrival to our departure, guiding us around the city, arranging the taxi call. The decoration of the Hotel is very nice. The room is very comfortable and spacious and supplied with every basic need. Its location is perfect, away from the crowd but walkable to the most important places in Valencia. We loved this Hotel, Thank you for the kindness and the nice atmosphere!!!
