Disliked: The soundproofing is terrible, you hear everything from other rooms. I dont recommend.When we arrived, the toilet was dirty, i showed the picture at the reception, and in the end i cleaned itself, because someone who came to clean it did not clean it agani.

Disliked: We requested a double bed but got twin beds. The beds moved constantly so you could not put the beds together comfortably. The lady at the reception upon check in only had attention for her colleague rather than for us. She did not bother to interact with us at all which made us feel very unwelcome and uncomfortable.

Great Location and Friendly Staff

Liked: We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained, though it felt a bit compact for three guests. It lacked some amenities like a kettle and provided only basic bath items, but these were minor inconveniences.The location is excellent, close to major attractions and just across the street from a mall with a convenient supermarket. The staff were exceptionally helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Overall, we enjoyed our time here and appreciated the warm hospitality.
