Liked: The room was very clean. Housekeepers should be commended. Beds were comfortable with lots of pillows. The water pressure in the shower was awesome. Staff were exceptionally nice.
Disliked: There wasn't anything I didn't like. I did notice the hallways needed vacuuming which was surprising based on how clean the room was.

Very disappointed at the quality...

Liked: Breakfast buffet was cold. We only ate there one time. The ironing board was broken. We were unable to use . The bed was awful(hard) as well as the pillows were terrible. We were there for 9 nights and I we were unable to sleep every single night! We thought there would be a microwave in room. The one in commons area was always very dirty. Couldn’t safetly use. I got stung by several wasps at the outside garden by the beer garden security staff was helpful. Literally ruined my last night there as I am allergic to the wasps and my Ankle swelled up. Even after 24 hours it is still swollen hurts to walk on at times. Very disappointed with this location.

Liked: Room was clean and linens were fresh.
Disliked: We had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon checkout on Monday, we noticed that we had been charged twice. I brought it up immediately at the front desk and was told that the second charge would “drop off in a couple of days.”It’s now been several days, and we are still double charged. We’ve tried calling the hotel multiple times for resolution, but no one is picking up or helping us.Very poor customer service. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others unless you want to risk billing issues that no one takes responsibility for.

Liked: The hotel was clean.
Disliked: The price for a Casino Hotel is outrageous. As you know, people lose lots of money at your Casino so you really should lower those hotel prices. We're not happy with the changes that happened from two years ago.

Liked: The dinner at the hotel restaurant was fantastic
Disliked: My shower was broken when I checked in, I notified the staff and was told that it was a known issue but was never disclosed to me before we checked in. It took until the second day of the stay for the shower to be fixed. The breakfast buffet was overpriced at $25 per person and the food offerings were pretty terrible for the price. I got maybe a few dollars worth of bacon and a slice of French toast and there was no option to pay ala carte.
