I had a great time...

Liked: I had a great time staying at Hotel One Shot Recoletos in Salamanca district of Madrid. I was travelling with my sister and hotel is very conveniently located within walking distance from everything: shops, restaurants, metro station and etc. We pretty much walked everywhere as Madrid is absolutely beautiful on a good weather and has a very cool street vibe to it. Staff was helpful when we needed some assistance and overall we had a smooth stay.
Disliked: The room was very small and there was no water for us. Typically, there is always a bottle of water in good hotel rooms.

Water damage, disappointing and not...

Liked: Our bathroom flooded and the bathroom above us flooded and leaked into our room during the night. There was water damage in the bathroom that look like it’s been an ongoing issue. The hotel is old and run down. The location is good but it was not value for money.
