Liked: Location is perfect, with the metro stop right out front. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Before I arrived, I had some trouble on booking regarding my payments and then had to change my reservation. I contacted the hotel directly for that and they were very helpful
Disliked: Unfortunately the ac kept malfunctioning. I would have to call down to reception and they would get it working again. The shower did not drain well and water was overflowing onto bathroom floor so i had to use all the towels there. Unfortunately, although the room was nice and clean, the cleaning staff through out my contact lenses.
