Perfect place to stay and...

Liked: Perfect located at 5 meters from Metro with easy connection to all parts of the city.Furthermore personal was very friendly and customer oriented.
Disliked: Nothing as for me everything was very good.

Excellent boutique hotel, very clean,...

Liked: Eclectic and clean hotel. Private and comfortable with great rooftop bar.
Disliked: Access from street a little challenging as it is on a busy corner and there is no driveway.

OverAll it was not bad!

Liked: Location was really good. super easy access and close to the shopping streets etc.As for Jacky from the breakfast shift - she was amazing! super helpful and super welcoming. Wish we had the chance to try their restaurant at night - it looked packed and yummy!
Disliked: Just expected the staff to be more smiley and pleasant- they're not very welcoming. no one helped us with the luggage.Expected the room to be more functional - there was no luggage stand - there was no complementary water - although there was a kettle coffee and tea. Needs some slight renovation in the rooms.

Nice stay but with points...

Liked: The hotel has a great location and the rooms are spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant were breakfast was at was really nice and the food was very good. I tried it at lunch time too and the food was delicious.
Disliked: The staff cleaning in the mornings were very loud or made noises with the apparel (the room with the cleaning utensils cannot be located next to the rooms in the first floor, or else it is normal that in picking up the utensils they make noise, and with the walls being thin, disturbs the guests), and usually woke me up in the morning. Staff at reception were not very professional (did not help with the bags, or were eating at reception). It is a shame because the hotel has a lot of potential.
