Liked: I was charged additional $107.00. Resort fee and parking. I feel I should have known this in advance.
Disliked: Valet parking. Slow and chaotic.

Liked: I am having issues resolving my hotel bill with this hotel. They have charged my credit card a different amount than what my final bill I received at time of checkout. I have phoned the hotel several times to resolve this issue to no avail.
Disliked: I was overcharged on items that I purchased at the hotel

Everything was great except the...
Liked: Everything was great except the ?Deluxe view? was of a parking lot and construction. Jasmin in the spa is their best employee!

Liked: Staff very nice, Brooke checking us in was very helpful and sweet. Loved the location - on beach and little downtown area walkable. Perfect.
Disliked: When trying to call ahead of trip phone systems were not very well organized. Just rang and rang with no answer.

Was nice and relaxing but...
Liked: We liked the direct access to the beach. Except the bathroom, the room's space was actually okay; the view out the window was not bad! The beds were comfortable. Most of the staff were courteous. The spa had a nice relaxation area and was constantly maintained for fresh towels and cleanliness. Our massage therapists were friendly and professional.
Disliked: Our room had electrical problems, and since we were there only for two nights, we didn't want to go through the hassle to change a room or have someone come and try to fix them. The power socket on the desk didn't work and there weren't many convenient places to charge multiple phones. The light above the coffee machine flickered or turned off itself sometimes. There was only ONE working elevator...really bad situation for everyone. The resort fee was not worth it (hotel customers have to pay for the "discounts" of services, which we didn't necessarily want to use? & why all the little cards, that we had to remember & carry around to get actual discounts?), plus, there was't much to do in the actual "resort." The resort fee felt thus like a rip-off.
