Liked: The kitchen was roomy and clean. The view was beautiful. We were able to text the hotel easily, and the staff responded quickly. The gym had a nice view and a lot of good equipment.
Disliked: The floor wasn't perfectly clean. We needed extra bathroom supplies quickly. We had to ask for dish soap. There should also be dish towels. We wished there was a pool.

Superb

Liked: Great location and very comfy room. Really spacious and friendly staff! Aircon worked well and the tv allowed to chrome cast which was a nice edition. The shower was great, although I was under the impression we were getting a bath and shower when we booked! Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner is provided which was great and the dishwasher was a useful edition!
Disliked: We had a suite with a kitchenette and there was nothing provided to wash up dishes etc, we had to ask reception to provide some dishwasher detergent (which they did very quickly and efficiently!) I felt the kitchenette could have been slightly better stocked with equipment but it wasn’t a huge issue!! Towels and sheets weren’t changed for the 6 nights we were there, they were just tidied when the cleaners came around.

Liked: Beautiful hotel close to attractions
Disliked: Parking seems difficult. We did choose valet .Thought there would be a full restaurant but was a cafe that you had to line up and order. Food was good though.

Great location and facilities!

Liked: The room was very spacious and it was super convenient to have a washer/dryer in the room. Having the kitchenware also helped my group a lot when we had takeout and brought it back to the hotel. The hotel was also right next to the subway and we were able to walk through the PATH to union station in about 10 minutes.Also added sauna was nice although we didn't use it often!
Disliked: Unfortunately the TV in our room wasn't working fully until about the 3rd day, but they tried their best to resolve it and even offered a new room. The shower is a tad small and opens a bit strangely but it works fine :)
