Top notch - wish I could have stayed longer!

Lovely stay.

Liked: Good location next to path entrance and close to the train station. Great views of the lake from the tower suites. Nothing too much trouble for the staff.
Disliked: Laundry is a little pricy but apart from that all good

Liked: Spacious, clean, it has all the amenities that one could ask for. Living room…2 TVs. Bed and pillows were super comfy. The lounge had great drinks and nice little atmosphere. Front staff was amazing…super friendly. First, check in they upgraded me to a bigger room and great view of the city. I had to extend my stay for a couple of hours and they let me for free. There would’ve been a charge but they waived it! Also location…close to the shopping mall, sports hall of fame, tower. So many restaurants..fast food coffee shops. Pharmacy’s, shoppers. All in walking distance
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.

Underwhelming

Liked: Great location, but very dark and dated inside.
Disliked: Room needs upgrade and a proper deep clean. The carpet was brown and frayed at the edges. The most disappointing was the lack of light. I selected an interior room, but there was literally zero natural light and no large lights in the centre of the room, only lampshades. Impossible to work in this room as it's so dark. There is also no cafe or space in natural light. Even the hotel lobby which doubles up as a breakfast and dining lounge was in the dark. Very depressing to be honest.

Liked: Rooms were clean and had complete amenities. We stayed for 2 days and loved it. Beds were comfortable as well. Bellman named Franz and Ralph helped and accomodated us.
Disliked: There was a bit of a hiccup when it came to checking in. One staff from the front desk/concierge (a big man) assured us that we are eligible for early check in but when we came back, another staff said there were no rooms available yet...After going back and forth and finally getting our rooms, we were passed back to the staff who we initially talked to and then he booked us... and then he forgot and only booked us 1 room and not 2.
