Disliked: Service at breakfast on day 2, Friday 20th June was a little hap hazard / slow / confused. Minor point.Would be good to be definitive on whether an early check in is possible.

Liked: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — the reception team went out of their way to assist us with many things, and we truly appreciated their kindness.The room was very clean and comfortable, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was delicious, with plenty of options and great quality.Everything was well-organized, and the atmosphere in the hotel made us feel very welcome. It’s clear that the staff genuinely care about their guests, which made our stay even more special.
Disliked: Nothing major to mention. If I had to say something, maybe just a bit more variety at breakfast would be nice — but overall, everything was excellent!

Expensive for what it is,...

Liked: Location was ok, water was supplied by the lifts on all floors which was good.
Disliked: Roof top bar not open and the downstairs cafe also shut. Hotel automatically added 5% to the bill for staff tips, that get taxed as if it was pay. Very poor to just add and not ask, took quite some time for them to remove from my invoice. Hotel basically a rip off getting away with it, be aware. Won’t stay again, better options available.

From the location to the rooms, amenities, and most importantly, the staff, everything exceeded expectations!Every single day, the team went above and beyond to support me with any requests I had. Special thanks to the Front of House Team - Khaled, Vian, Shane Shea, and many more whose names I sadly didn’t catch — but your support did not go unnoticed. You were all incredibly warm, friendly, and professional, always helping with a smile on your face. I truly want to thank the front-of-house staff and the entire team for everything you did. I honestly couldn’t have done it without you.You all really made a difference and turned my trip into such a great experience — I was honestly sad to check out. Huge thanks to the front-of-house team and everyone at the hotel for making everything so easy and enjoyable. I seriously couldn’t have done it without you.Looking forward to my next visit!
