Great stay for an ok...

Liked: Great easy service clean , large room with all the accomodations one needs
Disliked: Location is quite rough , quite a lot of street noise at night

Disliked: complete con that they charge you for any sort of coffee at breakfast even when you pay for breakfast - this is mean. They leave cheap linen carrier bags in the room which you presume are free as it doesn't say otherwise and they used to be free - they now lump £15 charge on your bill - unbelievable! Tight

Super comfortable and chic hotel...

Liked: Interior of the room and the hotel overall was gorgeous, super comfy bed and all the amenities you could need. Breakfast was amazing!
Disliked: Room wasn’t very soundproof, could hear people in the hallway walking and talking and doors closing.

Poor experience at 100 Shoreditch

Liked: Great location and very clean
Disliked: Bad check in service. Poor quality room allocation which the hotel did change . Breakfast for some reason in Sticks and Sushi next door - poor selection and constant add ons price wise for anything other than standard breakfast. In all honesty this is just a very expensive version of a Premier Inn . Will not be staying again.

Brilliant staff - from cleaners...

Liked: Regular traveller to here Bed is the best ever But it’s the staff who stand out time and time again. Outstanding. From the bar staff to front of house and cleaners, ushers .. I lost my reading glasses and they were tireless in trying to locate and in communicating.
Disliked: My room was 619. Never stayed on anything above 2 before: On Thursdays Fridays and Saturdays it seems there is a private party venue on floor 7. The music stops at 1 am. Fine if you are also out but pretty unbearable with the bass vibrations ( the noise is monitored and turned down after a certain time of night to comply with law) and it kept me awake. Again staff offered me free breakfast etc and were compassionate: I miss the old personal check in and out. Now they have screens/staff around to help if need be. I miss having breakfast on the rooftop in the fresh air. Food has been discontinued up there and in the main hotel lobby bar. Not sure when this changed ? So no food on site now. It’s a shame. They do have connections with local cafe for breakfast and coffee but I gave up queuing.

Disliked: Told it was 8 yards from our evening event so had to get Ubers I wasn’t impressed. Please change your address on booking.com!
