Liked: Convenient location in London, close to bars, cafes and restaurants, train stations, bus stops. Clean hotel with comfy beds. Full bath tub in the bath room. Rooftop bar. Co working space and cafe facilities available.

Very good

Liked: Loved the hotel location.Hotel was modern, clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful and friendly. Loved having access to free still and sparkling water. Gym small but more than adequately equipped.
Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

Great hotel in Shoreditch

Liked: The room was very comfortable . The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel bars were very good.
Disliked: The lobby was very crowded with students from a nearby college which left little room in the lobby for hotel guests. We were charged an additional 5% at check out for service which we would have preferred be included in the room rate and not be surprised at the end . We took four rooms for an average of 5+ nights and we weren’t given any perks throughout that time like the last time… like free drinks in the bar or breakfast.

Perfect haven from hustle of...

Liked: Quiet, fresh/contemporary decor. Bed really comfortable.
Disliked: Initial check-in slightly delayed but happy to get upgraded

Exceptional

Liked: The bed was like getting into a marshmallow in the best way.The staff were friendly and went out of their way to make my boyfriend's birthday special. They even gave recommendations of places to visit. The breakfast was delicious and a great way to start the day
Disliked: I would have preferred a shower rather than a shower over the bath, but that is personal preference.

Good

Disliked: Took them 15 minutes to get another key cut, and you can’t order drinks to the room only ice or sushi which I found out only after being told to ring room service and then the front desk and then room service again .

Liked: location was excellent.Room was well furnished and clean.
Disliked: When checking out, there were a number of items added to my account such as discretionary staff gratuities for each night, charges for f&b that we hadn't ordered or used. When I queried these, they were removed instantly, which made me feel that if I hadn't checked my account, I would have incurred these costs unfairly. This is not what I expect frm an otherwise professionally run hotel.
