Liked: Spacious room, great stuff ,very clean, easy access to train metro and buses, excellent location , great design

Generally very positive. Will return.
Liked: Staff were great, loved the decor and the vibe. Good breakfast.
Disliked: The downstairs toilet by reception had a couple of dirty toilets. There was no toilet brush available.The room was hooked with breakfast included but it turned out that only one guest had included breakfast. This was not made clear before the stay.

Liked: From the moment we walk through the door, every member of staff in the hotel had great customer service, smiley chatty, rooms are very clean m, spacious and well decorated. Five stars to the hotel .
Disliked: On checkout, we were told that the restaurant next door it’s not part of the hotel, so now we understand why we had an awful experience at breakfast, rude staff , awful menu, had to keep asking for things that we’d already order to be bought to the table, I asked one of the waiters for white sugar for my tea, he told me we don’t have white sugar. We only have Brown . All they had to do was go next door to the hotel and say we have one of your guests that have requested white sugar, could you please provide us with this, instead the waiter, called his manager who also told me very bluntly the same thing . I myself working in a hotel and customer service is everything sometimes it makes the experience more enjoyable for the guests when you have amazing staff like you do in the hotel.. I think you should take the breakfast back to your wonderful hotel with your wonderful staff and then no one will be walking away with a bit of taste in their mouth from the awful breakfast.
