Liked: The staff was great
Disliked: It was under construction and the listing did not show that. The rooms advertised were nothing like the listing. The room was very small and we had dirty linen. The terrace was not open and the listing pictures are not the same as the hotel

Disliked: Entrance smells ans room was in poor condition, floors where loaded with hair.Didn't stay there and hotel charge me for three days and by this time nobody has halp me to return my money.

Liked: The great location in the center of all interesting places.
Disliked: No complain at all!

Liked: Great location, two blocks away from a famous bar downtown GDL, good and friendly staff.
Disliked: No air blower or steam iron in the room, I had to go and ask the lobby for one. Small room and restroom, we didn't try the food since we wanted the experience of trying restaurants.

Liked: I was impressed with the customer service; the morning/day security man was very polite, courteous, respectful, friendly and helpful. His customer service is worth the stay at One Guadalajara Downtown
Disliked: No phone line in the room; not enough towels and no drawer/closet for clothing
